Terms of Use — Artelli Radar

These terms govern the use of the Artelli Radar application and the website at artelliradar.com, both operated by Artelli Digital Consultants, Bangalore, India ("Artelli"). By accessing the site or the app you agree to these terms.

1. Internal tool

Artelli Radar is an internal tool. Access to the application is restricted to authorised Artelli personnel. Unauthorised access is prohibited under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Public content

Marketing pages on artelliradar.com are provided "as is" for informational purposes. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer or a guarantee of results.

3. Outreach messages

If you received an email or WhatsApp message from Artelli through this tool, it was sent as B2B outreach on the basis described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in the message or the unsubscribe page. Opt-outs are honoured permanently across both channels using a keyed hash of the contact identifier, so we do not need to retain the raw email address or phone number to suppress future sends.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the application or its database.
Do not use the site or any message received from us to send unsolicited communications back to Artelli or its customers.
Do not misrepresent your identity when contacting our grievance officer.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
